About the transaction history of Coin system
The Center keep two types of record for a particular user Coin system, one is the Coin database and the other is Coin system transaction history.
Each user Coin only contained the H/P no. of the user and previous owner. While for Transaction history, it contained all the important information either during online or offline transaction.
For online transaction, the receiver Coin system will record a) Sender name, H/P no. and Coin system ID in his/her Coin system
b) Date/time this transaction occurred
c) Reference no. of this transaction
d) Coins involved in the transaction (record the Coin code and the latest Prehistory data of each Coins involved in the transaction)
e) This user total received amount
For online transaction, the sender Coin system will record a) Receiver name, H/P no. and Coin system ID in his/her Coin system
b) Date/time this transaction occurred
c) Reference no. of this transaction 25
d) Coins involved in the transaction (record the Coin code and the latest Prehistory data of each Coins involved in the transaction)
e) This user total Paid amount
For offline transaction, the receiver Coin system will record a) Sender name and H/P no.
b) Receiver generated Security code for this transaction
c) Date/time this transaction occurred
For offline transaction, the sender Coin system will record a) Receiver name and H/P no. b) Receiver generated Security code for this transaction
c) Date/time this transaction occurred
Every 6 months the Coin system will generate a new folder to keep new user transaction record in the transaction history. Then the passes 6 months above user transaction record will be deleted, while this records in the Center still be kept.
This is to make the user Coin system memory usage size constant, no matter how long the user used this Coin system. For example, on 01/Jan/2021, the Coin system generate a new folder named “2021JAN’. any transaction record afterward will be stored inside it. While the Coin transaction history with folder named “2020JUN” will be deleted. Yet, this folder and data inside it still keeping a record in the Center database.
