Description to establish a new tech start up and its operating flow sequence​



1）The establishing of this new tech start up is to productionize this patent and sell its product to the market. Suggested name for this start up is BarcodeZZZ Sdn. Bhd.


2）Fig. 1 is the certificate of grant of this patent. Valid until 11 July 2032.


3) Fig. 2 shows the sample of a book cover incorporated with this patent. Upper right corner of this book cover printed the barcode and the barcode number for this Bookcode.


4) Fig. 3 shows the barcode scanner is link to a tab.


5) BarcodeZZZ mainly to provide new Bookcode number to customer, and receive a commission from customer as reward.


6) Suggested commission is each Bookcode number sell CNY1,000.00 (Chinese Renminbi). The publisher of this book can print unlimited copies of this particular book.


7) When a publisher requests a new Bookcode number, the publisher needs to pay CNY100.00 as deposit.


8) When the publisher finished edit this particular book with barcode and the Bookcode data has been prepared, the publisher needs to pay CNY900.00 as balance to BarcodeZZZ.


9) Then BarcodeZZZ staff will publish this particular book data into their server. Now every one in the world can download this Bookcode data into their handset, and use this handset to speak the book content.


10) BarcodeZZZ quality control staff will check if this published Bookcode data is matching the said book content.


11) If no problem found, the publisher can start printing this book, then sell this book copies to all over the world. Anyone who bought this book can download this Bookcode data into his/her handset. Now the user handset can speak out this book content even if the handset does not have internet connection.


12) To make the book speak, the user first needs to download the application into the user handset. Let say this application is called BarcodeZZZ. The user can download this BarcodeZZZ from Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Huawei AppGallery.


13) Then user can use the internal scan function of this BarcodeZZZ to scan the barcode inside this book. Then the user handset will speak out accordingly of the word or sentence associated with this barcode.


14) The user also can use a Bluetooth barcode scanner to pair with user handset. Then the user can use this barcode scanner to scan the barcode inside this book instead.


15) The Bookcode is a ten digits number. Suggested to create new Bookcode number using formula as below:-

Example on 18/May/2024 the first Bookcode number issue is

While the last Bookcode number issue for this day is


2405189999


There are ten thousand new Bookcode number the system can generate per day.




16) Fig. 4 to Fig. 10 shows how the publisher prepares the Bookcode data.


17) Each Bookcode data consists only one folder. The name of this folder is the Bookcode number. In this case the Bookcode number is 7453667899 .

19) This Book cover its sound file name is 7453667899.mp3 .


20) Book content in words its file name is 7453667899.xlsm . This is a Microsoft Excel file.


21) The first MP3 sound file name is 1001.mp3 .


22) The second MP3 sound file name is 1002.mp3 , and so on.


23) The first translated language its folder name is 7453667899_1 .


24) The second translated language its folder name is 7453667899_2 , and so on.


25) The first translated language its first barcode sound file name is 1001_1.mp3 .

28) For recording the barcode sound, the staff of the publisher can use Google Translate to speak the word or sentence sound. At the same time use Audacity program to record this sound. Then save this sound in MP3 format.


29) First of all we need to register this BarcodeZZZ Sdn. Bhd. and having an office.


30) At the same time we need to look for a programming company to post this BarcodeZZZ program into Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Huawei AppGallery. Then the user can go to this store to download this BarcodeZZZ program into their handset.


31) Other than required general staff for this company to run, we need an Information and Technology (IT) Department to handle the BarcodeZZZ server. This is to provide update and maintenance service to this server.


32) We need to setup a Quality Control (QC) department too to oversee all the Bookcode data to check if they are matching with their book content.


33) We need to setup oversea branch at major cities in the world. It purposes are as below:


a) Received local publisher payment and issue new Bookcode number to these publishers.


b) Give support to these publishers and promote the use of the Bookcode function to their books.


c) Encourage the staff of these branches to visit the book store often. This is to survey the sales of books with these Bookcode function. Also to promote this Bookcode function in book stores.


d) Try to look for the potential books to use with this Bookcode function. Then go to the books publisher office to persuade their management to use this Bookcode function in their current books instead.
